About Gail Hand
Gail Hand has logged 20 successful years in Corporate Sales & Management with Corporations such as American Express, Southwestern Bell, and Macy's, where she garnered multiple awards including 10 leadership and president’s club awards.
Now a Corporate Speaker, Author and Sales Guru; Gail started her stand-up career in 1989 in San Francisco and has since toured over 1000 Companies, Universities & Associations in the U.S. and Canada. With her Power of Laughter programs including; leadership, sales, stress management, and diversity trainings; Gail has been a positive movement with companies, universities, and associations in North America.
Gail is the owner of two prestigious companies, member of the National Speakers Association, National Association for Campus Activities, the International Federation of Speakers, and is even highlighted in Who's Who in Professional Speaking. Gail is past President of the Oregon National Speakers Association near her home in Portland, Oregon.
Hand has been featured in numerous media from coast to coast including: ABC, CBS, NBC Honolulu, Gotham TV New York City, Triangle TV San Francisco, The Oregonian, AM Northwest, Curve Magazine, Women's Health and Fitness magazine. The media has highlighted her work producing Power of Laughter clubs in over 500 Companies, Universities, and Associations in the U.S.
Gail is the author of The Power of Laughter and her forthcoming books; The Power of Laughter at Work and a book/play about dating (the title is secret)
Along with her own YOUTUBE channel, Gail is an avid skier, golfer, photographer and blogger. She lives in Portland with her two Chihuahua's who edit her blogs and twitter about their exciting life.
